Ingredients:

Starch, palm oil, maltodextrin, egg yolk powder (12%), iodized salt, milk proteins (5.5%), yeast extract, glucose syrup, sugar, lemon juice (0.8%), lactose, wheat flour, mineral potassium salt, salt, white wine extract, flavorings, turmeric.

Contains: eggs, milk, wheat (gluten).
May contain: rye, barley, oats, soy, celery, mustard.

You will need:

  • 14 oz fresh salmon (400 g)
  • 3.4 fl oz heavy cream 18% (100 ml ≈ ⅓ cup)
  • 3.4 fl oz water (100 ml ≈ ⅓ cup)
  • 1 Tbsp butter (15 g)

How to prepare (3 servings | 25–30 min):

  1. Preheat oven to 392°F (200°C).
  2. Cut salmon into pieces and place in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the contents of the packet with water, cream, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the fish is cooked and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Serve hot with rice, pasta, potatoes, or vegetables.
