How It Works

You can choose whether the gift card is sent to yourself or directly to someone else as a gift.

To send the gift card to another person, select the option “I want to send this as a gift”
Enter the recipient’s email address.
Optionally, add a short personalized message.
You may also choose a specific delivery date — the gift card will be sent automatically on the date you select.

If you do not select “I want to send this as a gift” the purchased gift card will be delivered to your own email address.

The recipient receives an email containing a unique gift card code, which can be entered at checkout to apply the balance to the order.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
No expiration date and no activity fees.

By purchasing or using a Polka-Deli Digital Gift Card (“Gift Card”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Expiration: This digital gift card does not expire and has no inactivity, service, or maintenance fees.
Digital Product: This is a digital gift card delivered by email. No physical card will be shipped.
Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable only for purchases made at Polka-Deli.com. Enter the gift card code at checkout to apply the balance.
Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Partial Use & Balance: Unused balance remains on the card for future use. If the order exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid with another method.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat the gift card code like cash. Polka-Deli is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Non-Reloadable: You cannot add funds to an existing gift card.
Discounts: Unless stated otherwise, discounts and promo codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
Resale: Gift cards may not be resold or used for unauthorized advertising or promotions.
Fraud: Polka-Deli may refuse or cancel gift cards suspected of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which Polka-Deli operates.
Changes: Polka-Deli may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
