It takes days and weeks to mature, but it surprises with its deep and explicit flavour. The distinctive nutty hint with an apricot and honey aftertaste make this cheese truly unique.
Królewski is a fine and exquisite cheese, which makes every dish somehow better. Excellent with traditionally baked pastry. It is ideal with pears, melons and a glass of dry wine.

Anonymous Packaging could have been better. Also was hoping that the Sierpc logo would have appeared somewhere. When I wrote to ask if cheese were ordered unsliced if the packaging w/ logo would have been included, the email reply was very terse,. which I didn't appreciate as the first purchase had been a gift from me to my sister.
