• fully cooked
• stuffed into a natural hog casing
• rich, savory, and hearty flavor
• refrigerated or frozen product
This kiszka has a deep, savory taste with the earthy character of buckwheat and barley, balanced by pork, onion, garlic, and spices. It is a classic option for customers who enjoy traditional Polish deli meats with a bold, old-world flavor.
The texture is hearty and grain-based, with a soft interior after heating. For best results, slice or cook the ring gently in a skillet until warmed through and lightly browned. It can also be grilled or baked and served with onions, rye bread, sauerkraut, pickles, or mustard.
This product is fully cooked and should be heated before serving. Pan-fry over medium heat, turning carefully, until hot throughout. Do not overcook, as natural casing may split during heating.
Cooked barley, cooked buckwheat, cooked pork snouts, pork liver, cooked pork kidneys, beef blood, salt, spices, onion, garlic, sugar. Stuffed into a natural hog casing.

Polka Deli.excellent selection and customer service
Easy to order, would love to see more selection of certain typical Polish products, like popy seed rolls, etc. Would recommend Olewnik's "kabanosy" as well. Packaging still needs some improvement, especially for shipments across the country.
Thanks for your offerings as we don't have a single Polish store in San Diego.
Best Wishes to All who work there!
