Grochówka – the beloved Polish pea soup – is a perfect choice for fans of traditional Polish cuisine. Our Winiary Pea Soup is delicious, aromatic, and infused with a subtle smoky flavor, making it a hearty everyday meal. For an even richer taste, we recommend serving it with pan-fried sausage slices and diced boiled potatoes. This way, it becomes more satisfying, flavorful, and authentically Polish.

One package makes about 3 servings (1 cup / 250 ml each).

Ingredients:
Pea flour* (65.6%), wheat flour*, salt, skimmed milk powder*, smoked pork fat*, sugar*, flavorings (with wheat), dried vegetables (garlic* 1.1%, horseradish), herbs*, coloring (caramel*), spices*, smoke flavor.

Preparation (Directions):

1. Pour the contents of the package into 3 ¼ cups (750 ml) of cold water.

2. Stir well until dissolved.

3. Bring to a boil while stirring.

4. Simmer for 2 minutes on low heat, stirring frequently.

For extra flavor, serve with croutons or crispy fried bacon pieces.
