How to prepare (6 servings | 45 minutes):

  1. Preheat oven to 392 °F (200 °C). Place sliced pork loin into the baking bag.
  2. Add the seasoning mix and 200 ml (about ¾ cup) of water. Close the bag with the tie and gently turn to coat the meat.
  3. Place the bag in an oven-safe dish on the lowest rack and bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Carefully cut open the bag. Transfer the meat to a serving dish. Pour the cooking juices into a pan, add 2 Tbsp heavy cream, stir, and heat until slightly thickened. Serve over the cutlets.
