• 3.5 oz (100 g) sauerkraut

Ingredients:

Preparation Instructions:

1. Dice the bacon and potato into small cubes, then lightly fry until golden.
2. In a pot, add 3 cups (about 25 fl oz / 750 ml) of cold water and pour in the contents of the packet. Stir well.
3. Add the fried bacon and potato, and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the sauerkraut, cook for another 10 minutes, and serve hot.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
