What you’ll need (example):
- 300 g meat for goulash
- 250 g potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
How to prepare (4 servings • 60 minutes):
- In a pot with hot oil, sauté diced meat for 5 minutes. Add chopped vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
- Mix the contents of the packet with 500 ml cold water until dissolved.
- Pour over the dish, bring to a boil, add diced potatoes, cover, and simmer on medium heat for 50 minutes.
