Simple Preparation

Clean & pack
Rinse 3 kg (≈6.6 lb) of garden cucumbers and stand them upright in six 1 L jars. -
Mix the brine
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of table salt in 1 L of water. -
Add seasoning
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of this pickling seasoning into each jar. -
Pour & ferment

For małosolne, cover the jars loosely and let stand at room temperature for 3 days.

For kwaszone, seal tightly and move to a cool spot; ferment for about 20 days.
