Ingredients

Starch, processed cheese 26% (cheese, mozzarella, blue cheese, hard cheese, Crescenza cheese, whey preparation [milk]), sunflower oil, yeast extract, iodized salt, broccoli 2.4%, lactose, cream powder 2%, garlic powder 1.3%, black pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, onion powder 1.6%, salt, flavorings (incl. milk), milk proteins, thyme, maltodextrin.
May contain: wheat, rye, barley, oats, eggs, soy, celery, mustard.

How to Prepare

You’ll need:

  • 7 oz (200 g) broccoli florets

  • 7 oz (200 g) uncooked penne pasta

  • 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) heavy cream (18%)

  • 1 ¾ cups (500 ml) water

  • 1.8 oz (50 g) blue cheese

  • 3.5 oz (100 g) red bell pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C). Cut broccoli into small florets and dice the red pepper.

  2. In a pot, mix the contents of the Knorr packet with cold water and cream. Stir well until combined.

  3. Add broccoli and red pepper, bring to a simmer, and cook for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add the uncooked pasta, mix, and transfer everything into a baking dish.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Optional: Sprinkle with grated cheese before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
