What you need:

  • 10.6 oz chicken breast (300 g)

  • 5.3 oz onion (150 g)

  • 1.8 oz carrot (50 g)

  • 7.1 oz mushrooms (200 g)

  • 3.4 fl oz 12% cream (100 ml)

  • 1.7 fl oz oil (50 ml)

  • 7.1 oz pasta, rice, or barley (200 g)

How to prepare (4 servings):

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces and sauté in hot oil. Add onion, carrot, and mushrooms, and cook until lightly golden.

  2. Mix the contents of the packet with 7 fl oz (200 ml) of water and 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) cream. Pour into the pan, stir, and simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  3. Serve with pasta, rice, or barley.
