How to prepare (4 servings):

Cut the chicken into pieces and sauté in hot oil. Add onion, carrot, and mushrooms, and cook until lightly golden.

Mix the contents of the packet with 7 fl oz (200 ml) of water and 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) cream. Pour into the pan, stir, and simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
