What you need:

  • 10.6 oz chicken breast (300 g)
  • 4.6 oz onion (130 g)
  • 7.1 oz zucchini (200 g)
  • 7.1 oz chanterelle mushrooms (200 g)
  • 3.4 fl oz 12% cream (100 ml)
  • 1.7 fl oz oil (50 ml)
  • 7.1 oz pasta, rice, or barley (200 g)

How to prepare (4 servings):

  1. Cut chicken into pieces and sauté in hot oil. Add onion, zucchini, and chanterelles, and cook until lightly golden.
  2. Mix the contents of the packet with 7 fl oz (200 ml) of water and 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) cream. Pour into the pan and simmer for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  3. Serve with pasta, rice, or barley.
