- 4.6 oz onion (130 g)
- 7.1 oz zucchini (200 g)
- 7.1 oz chanterelle mushrooms (200 g)
- 3.4 fl oz 12% cream (100 ml)
- 1.7 fl oz oil (50 ml)
- 7.1 oz pasta, rice, or barley (200 g)
How to prepare (4 servings):
- Cut chicken into pieces and sauté in hot oil. Add onion, zucchini, and chanterelles, and cook until lightly golden.
- Mix the contents of the packet with 7 fl oz (200 ml) of water and 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) cream. Pour into the pan and simmer for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or barley.
