Kaszanka is a traditional blood sausage in the east and central European cuisine. It is made of a mixture of beef blood, pork offal, and buckwheat or barley stuffed in a pig intestine. It is usually flavored with onion, black pepper, and marjoram.
Kaszanka may be eaten cold, but traditionally it is either grilled or fried with some onions

Polka Deli.Easy to order, would love to see more selection of certain typical Polish products, like popy seed rolls, etc. Would recommend Olewnik's "kabanosy" as well. Packaging still needs some improvement, especially for shipments across the country.

Little chocolate, too much filling, perhaps it should be called cherry filling covered with chocolate.
