The special formula dissolves quickly, mixes smoothly, and helps create light, fluffy textures without lumps. Simply dissolve, blend into your prepared ingredients, and refrigerate until set.

Applications

Perfect for preparing no-bake cheesecakes, whipped cream fillings, yogurt desserts, fruit mousses, panna cotta, tiramisu, and other chilled desserts that require a stable, creamy texture.

Preparation Instructions

Note: Preparation requires a mixer.

1. Prepare the dessert ingredients according to your recipe.

2. Pour 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) cold water and 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) boiling water into a bowl.

3. Add the contents of the package and mix briefly until completely dissolved.

4. Gradually add the dissolved gelatin mixture to the prepared ingredients while mixing continuously.

5. Pour into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours until fully set.

Yield Guide

One package is sufficient for:

• No-bake cheesecake made with approximately 26–28 oz (750–800 g) cream cheese

• Cheesecake made with 14–21 oz (400–600 g) cream cheese or farmer's cheese plus additional ingredients

• Whipped cream filling made with 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) heavy whipping cream

• Yogurt filling made with 17.6 oz (500 g) yogurt

• Fruit mousse made with approximately 17.6 oz (500 g) blended fruit

For a large cheesecake prepared with approximately 35 oz (1 kg) cheese mixture, use two packages.

Helpful Tips

Some fresh fruits contain enzymes that may prevent gelatin from setting properly. Avoid using fresh pineapple, kiwi, figs, papaya, mango, or fresh ginger root directly in recipes prepared with gelatin.
