Usage Instructions

Prepare Fruit
Wash and core fruit; chop or puree to yield 4¼ cups (2 lb) fruit or measure 30 fl oz of juice. -
Add Pectin
Sprinkle Gelfix evenly over the prepared fruit and bring mixture to a rolling boil. -
Add Sugar & Boil
Stir in 1¾ cups sugar; return to a full boil and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly. -
Jar & Seal
Skim off any foam, pour into sterilized jars, seal immediately and invert jars for 5 minutes. Let cool upright.
