If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing from your order, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and let us know what’s going on. We will make every effort to make things right.
We do not accept returns on perishable items.
Items that have been opened cannot be returned.
Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where we made an error or a product arrived damaged, or in a defective state.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
If an order is returned to us due to it being undeliverable by UPS for any reason, and the product is not perishable and not damaged, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s); shipping charges are not refundable.
