Columbia Kluski - enriched egg noodles, net weight: 12 oz

In Polish, “Kluski” is the generic term for all noodles. Our kluski resemble homestyle noodles and are perfect for soup and casseroles. In order to qualify as an egg noodle, these noodles are made with at least 5.5% egg solids.

Ingredients:

Durum Flour (wheat), Egg Yolks Or Eggs, Niacin, Iron (ferrous Sulfate), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid

Directions:

General Cooking: To prepare Columbia Kluski Egg Noodles place contents of this package in 4 quarts of rapidly boiling water. When water comes to a boil again allow to cook uncovered over moderate heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until tenderness is reached. Drain in colander.
